I've created some tools to help fix these:
Genia - Check Lot Internal ID: Results - NetSuite (Genia)
For this report, you can find the correct Lot Number. Take this value here:
Add it into the filter, and it will pop up
Genia - Pick Task Fix: Results - NetSuite (Genia)
This is a list of all the failed pick tasks (if the other ones aren't an issue, we can maybe just add a date filter for today onwards).
Looking at GEN208063 in this list, we can see that it relates to item 13023/ pick task 14508
This at least helps us to get started!
I created inventory adjustment to fix that one: IA20724 (Inventory Adjustment)
Retried updates on pick task and got new error:

Genia - Pick Task Item check: Results - NetSuite (Genia)
14515 looks to be the issue on item 36041
Fixed that on same inventory adjustment, still getting same issue. Assume one of the other ones is wrong too.
I ended up looking up the inventory against the pick task quantities and adding all those in:
IA20724 (Inventory Adjustment)
That worked, created IF4152 (Item Fulfillment)
